Tomchei Shabbos Chometz Drive

Please read the ENTIRE email below. Thank you.
Tomchei Shabbos of Passaic / Clifton begins its annual Chometz Drive starting this Sunday. Please bring your sealed, non-perishable chometz items to our warehouse located directly behind K’hal Tiferes Boruch (Rabbi Weinberger’s shul – 232 Terhune Ave). If your food isn’t sealed DO NOT donate it as this both shames those that are in need and attracts rodents, putting other foodstuffs in jeopardy.
While we DO NOT accept flour, the Schwartz’s (346 South Parkway) have volunteered to accept unopened flour to donate to a non-Jewish food kitchen. You can drop it off outside their garage up to and including Wednesday evening March 28th.
Please DO NOT drop it off after that or leave it at the Tomchei Shabbos warehouse at any time.
If you miss the drop off times DO NOT leave your chometz outside the warehouse. The property isn’t owned by us and the other tenants do not want to deal with the mess and inconvenience of food bundles strewn in the shared driveway.
If you miss the drop off times, either dispose of or sell your chometz.
The warehouse will be open for chometz donations:
– Sunday, March 25: 4:00 PM-7:00 PM – Wednesday, March 28: 5:00 PM-7:00 PM – Thursday, March 29: 5:00 PM-7:00 PM
Thanks for your participation and cooperation. !לשנה הבאה בירושלים
