—————————— * Rav Naftali Kaplan mussar vaad presentation TONIGHT!!* Rothenberg home 124 Ridge Ave 8:45pm Rabbi Heshy Grossman, who used to give our Daf Yomi shiur, is involved with this Yeshiva, and is in town for tonight’s vaad. Rav Naftali Kaplan has been leading Mussar va’adim for more than thirty years and has worked closely with many of the greatest Mussar personalities of our generation. In 1982 he founded a Kollel Beit HaMussar with Rav Shlomo Wolbe (author of Alei Shur), which combined a high level of Torah study with the study and practice of Mussar. Rav Kaplan is currently Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivat Netiv HaDaat, founded in 2009 in the Ramot section of Jerusalem. Rav Kaplan is in America for a couple of weeks setting up vaadim designed specifically for Baalei Battim in a few select locations – we are fortunate to have this special opportunity here in Passaic. The Vaadim are limited to 6-10 people, and will be directed by Rabbi Kaplan, with his ongoing, direct involvement. He has had much success with these type of vaadim for Kollel Yungerleit and Baalei Battim, both in Israel and in Chutz LaAretz. Wednesday night, Feb 12th at 8:45 Harry Rothenberg wil be hosting Rav Kaplanfor a presentation describing how the vaad works and the benefits of participating.
